Preferences 

Under Preferences, you can edit your order and invoice settings, customer support info, and your terms and conditions.


Editing Order ID 

To change your order ID format:

  1. Go to Settings on the home page.
  2. Click Preferences under Store Settings.  
  1. Enter the Prefix, ID, and Suffix. 
  2. Click Save

Note: Look at the preview to get an idea of how your new order ID would look.

Editing Invoice ID 

To change your invoice ID format:

  1. Go to Settings on the home page.
  2. Click Preferences under Store Settings
  1. Enter the Prefix, ID, and Suffix.
  2. Click Save

Note: Look at the preview to get an idea of how your new invoice ID would look.

Updating Support Information 

To update your support info:

  1. Go to Settings on the home page.
  2. Click Preferences found under Store Settings

  1. Enter your support email and phone number in the corresponding columns.

Terms and Conditions 

To display your Terms and Conditions in the checkout page,

  1. Go to Settings on the home page.
  2. Click Preferences under Store Settings
  1. Check the Enable Terms and Conditions in the Checkout Page box.
  2. You can edit the label and the URL if necessary. 
  3. Click Edit Content to update your terms and conditions. 
  4. Click Save.
